Immediate loading means placing the implants and, instead of waiting months, fitting fixed provisional teeth on them within about 24 hours. It is possible when the implants achieve enough primary stability, which we check during surgery.

Digital workflow
Why it can be done in 24 hours
The key is the digital workflow. Right after surgery we take a digital scan of your mouth with our 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner. Your provisional teeth are designed from that scan and the 3D CT data, without impression trays, so they can be fitted the next day.
The same digital records are used later to design your final teeth, and you can take a digital copy home to share with your dentist.

Will I definitely leave Madrid with fixed teeth?
In most immediate-loading cases, yes, but it depends on the stability of the implants, which is confirmed during surgery. We will tell you honestly beforehand if your case needs a different approach.
Are the 24-hour teeth the final ones?
No. They are fixed provisional teeth that let you eat and smile while the implants integrate. The final teeth are fitted a few months later, on a second trip.
Can I eat normally with the provisional teeth?
You will follow a soft diet for the first weeks to protect the implants while they heal. We give you a written aftercare plan with all the details.
How many days should I plan in Madrid?
Usually about four days for the first trip. We confirm the exact plan for your case before you book your flights.
